How does it work?

1. Daily Activity of the WhatsAgent

• Receive Content: Every day, you will receive a promotional story from the company (for your WhatsApp status).
• Publish: You must post the story on your WhatsApp status every morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Verification: You will send a screenshot as proof of publication.

If someone shows interest in the content, you must collect and send the following information to the company:

• Full name
• Phone number
• City of residence

Then, a hair technician from the company will contact the potential client to offer them a free trichology check-up (worth €80), using a professional tricocamera to analyze the hair condition at home.

How Do You Earn?

1. Direct Earnings (1st Level)

• €3 for each check-up booked and completed, even without a purchase.
• €25 for every treatment sale generated through your referred contacts (including the check-up).

2. Indirect (MLM) and Passive Earnings

You can increase your income by recruiting other WhatsAgents.
When these agents bring in clients, you earn a percentage:

Example: If your direct referrer (1st level) brings a buying client, they earn €25.
If a 2nd-level agent brings a client, the 1st level earns €10 from them, and so on.

3. Bonuses and Incentives (updated regularly)

• Consistency Bonus: If you consistently post our stories for the first 90 days, you’ll receive a €20 bonus.
• Network Growth Bonus: Once you reach 30 potential clients in your network (with or without sales) who undergo the free check-up, you’ll receive a €70 bonus.
• Recruitment Bonus: If you recruit 20 people within 60 days of your registration, and they post our messages for 30 consecutive days, you’ll earn a €30 bonus.

You can also create WhatsApp groups with friends and acquaintances to share the promotional content, increasing your chances of getting qualified leads.

Commission Payment Rules

• Personal Code: Upon free registration, you’ll receive a personal code to share with your referrals.
• Activation Threshold: Your network must generate at least one sale within 120 days to activate and maintain your commissions. If not, commissions are suspended.
• Payment Mode:
  • Payments are made at the end of the month.
  • The minimum amount for bank transfer is €60.
  • All transactions are visible on a dedicated platform.

Contract Terms

• 4-month renewable contract, cancellable with 30 days’ notice.
• No obligations or penalties, but the WhatsAgent must follow company guidelines to avoid image damage.
• WhatsApp status publications do not entitle to payment unless they result in interested leads, except in cases of bonuses.
• The WhatsAgent does not provide consultations, does not perform check-ups, and does not handle direct sales: the sole task is to refer potential clients.

Additional Contract Clauses

1. Obligations of the WhatsAgent
   • Publish the provided WhatsApp stories
   • Send screenshot proof
   • Refer genuinely interested contacts
2. Prohibition of Unfair Competition
   • It is forbidden to promote competing services.
3. Privacy and Data Processing
   • The company adheres to GDPR privacy regulations.
4. Payment Conditions
   • Commissions are paid monthly; minimum transfer amount is €60.
5. Contract Termination
   • The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.
   • In the case of misconduct or damage to the company, the contract may be immediately revoked.
